Americans have lost now hundreds of thousands of grandparents, parents, siblings, and children. And Black Americans are dying at a disproportionate rate. The Undefeated honors the Black lives lost to Covid-19 in a beautiful series that not only shares their names and photos but also touching anecdotes about each person. Ruth Arrington, for instance, loved to watch game shows. Calvin Kaintock, 91, loved horses.
